('DCMTK'), providing native R bindings for reading, writing,
modifying, and visualizing Digital Imaging and Communications
in Medicine ('DICOM') files. Features include
tidyverse-compliant data structures, 'ggplot2'-based image
visualization, interactive 'Shiny' viewers, 'PACS' networking
(C-ECHO, C-FIND, C-STORE, C-MOVE), structured report handling,
DICOM anonymization, and integration with local and cloud-based
large language models ('LLM') via 'Ollama' and
'OpenAI'-compatible APIs for AI-assisted medical image
analysis. The 'DCMTK' C++ library is bundled and compiled from
source, requiring no external installation.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/lauyeehow1986-hub/actions/runs/38946787590</link><pubDate>Fri, 16 Oct 2026 15:27:07 GMT</pubDate><r:package>dicomtk</r:package><r:version>0.1.0</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://lauyeehow1986-hub.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/lauyeehow1986-hub/dicomtk</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>llm-integration.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>llm-integration.html</r:filename><r:title>AI &amp; LLM Integration: Local Ollama, OpenAI, and Anthropic Claude</r:title><r:created>2026-10-16 13:18:00</r:created><r:modified>2026-10-16 13:18:00</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>anonymization.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>anonymization.html</r:filename><r:title>DICOM Anonymization &amp; HIPAA De-identification</r:title><r:created>2026-10-16 13:18:00</r:created><r:modified>2026-10-16 13:18:00</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>image-visualization.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>image-visualization.html</r:filename><r:title>DICOM Image Visualization: ggplot2, Clinical Windows, Shiny, and 3D Volumes</r:title><r:created>2026-10-16 13:18:00</r:created><r:modified>2026-10-16 13:18:00</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>getting-started.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>getting-started.html</r:filename><r:title>Getting Started with dicomtk</r:title><r:created>2026-10-16 13:18:00</r:created><r:modified>2026-10-16 13:18:00</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>pacs-networking.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>pacs-networking.html</r:filename><r:title>PACS Networking &amp; DICOM Query/Retrieve</r:title><r:created>2026-10-16 13:18:00</r:created><r:modified>2026-10-16 13:18:00</r:modified></r:article></item><item><title>[lauyeehow1986-hub] webshot2 0.1.2.9000</title><author>winston@posit.co (Winston Chang)</author><description>Takes screenshots of web pages, including Shiny

communicate parts of a whole for categorical quantities. To
emulate the percentage view of a pie chart, a 10x10 grid should
be used with each square representing 1% of the total. Modern
uses of waffle charts do not necessarily adhere to this rule
and can be created with a grid of any rectangular shape. Best
practices suggest keeping the number of categories small, just
as should be done when creating pie charts. Tools are provided
to create waffle charts as well as stitch them together, and to
use glyphs for making isotype pictograms.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/lauyeehow1986-hub/actions/runs/38368114392</link><pubDate>Sat, 30 Sep 2023 21:19:30 GMT</pubDate><r:package>waffle</r:package><r:version>1.0.2</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://lauyeehow1986-hub.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/hrbrmstr/waffle</r:upstream></item><item><title>[lauyeehow1986-hub] gghalves 0.1.4</title><author>fj.tiedemann@googlemail.com (Frederik Tiedemann)</author><description>A 'ggplot2' extension for easy plotting of half-half geom
